Newbieland is the first level in Platform Racing, this is the only level that you can play without any ranks. Newbieland is just a level that teaches you the basics in PR1, how to move, jump, super jump, use an item etc.
In Platform Racing 2 there is a new version of Newbieland, it's called Newbieland 2.
